Giveaway Rules


1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Weekend Getaway”) is sponsored by, Magnetic Memories, located at [312 N Main St Churubusco Indiana 46723].

 

 





2. Eligibility

 

  • Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees of Magnetic Memories, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [September, 1, 2025 12:01am] and ends on [December 1, 2025, 12:01am]. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

  • Following @Magnetic Memories on Facebook. @mymemorymagnet on Instagram and magnetic.memories2 on Tik Tok
  • Liking the official Giveaway post.
  • Commenting and tagging at least one friend. Each additional tag = 1 extra entry.
  • Sharing the post to their story = 5 extra entries.
  • Completing a purchase from  https://mymemorymagnets.com during the Giveaway Period = 50 bonus entries.
  • sharing TikTok post (1 entry), liking TikTok posts (1 entry) and telling your story in a comment section during giveaway (4 entries.)

5. Prize

 

 

 

 

 

  • One (1) Grand Prize: A Weekend Getaway Package valued at approximately $300-$499. Includes [details: 2-night stay at Airbnb/hotel, related activities, etc.]. Determined by Sponser
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
  • Drawing will take place on or about [December 7, 2025].
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via direct message and/or email within 48 hours of drawing.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless [Magnetic Memories], Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their affiliates, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation or use of the prize.

9. Publicity

 

By entering, the winner grants [Magnetic Memories] the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or other errors beyond their control.

11. Compliance

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

 

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of [Indiana], without regard to conflict of law principles.
